Financial Regulations

Payment in cash:

Payment will be in cash if student pay the full amount of subjects before the registration.

Payment by installments:

  1. Add the amount of ten dinars (10 BD) on each subject covered by installment system.
  2. Payment of monthly installments, should not be more than 3 installments.
  3. Should be pay a minimum of two subjects in cash, after paying the balance of the debtor before the start of registration for the new semesters.

Recovery fee undergraduate courses:

  1. The student does not assume any financial penalties during add or drop period or earlier, and Should be paid all the accumulated remaining balance to next semesters.
  2. Student return 75% of courses fees that register if withdrawn during the first week of registering courses.
  3. Student return 50% of courses fees that register if withdrawn during the second week of registration date.
  4. Student return noting of courses fees that register if withdrawn after two weeks of registration date.
  5. University registration fees, any amount paid by the student for registration, are non-refundable.

Regulations for withdrawal

  1. Regulations will apply for undergraduate courses to return fees paid by the student in case of withdrawal.
  2. Students who pay in monthly installments must be commitment to pay fees for material for courses that has been registered, university have the right to charge student 10 BD for monthly installment services.

Fees for students who will equation courses from other universities:

Fees for equivalent courses as follows:

  1. From the 1-5 subject , by 20 BD for each subject.
  2. More than 5 subject , 10 BD for each subject.

Tuition fees for non-citizen students:

The tuition fees for visiting students, whether it is morning or evening study as follows:

  1. Business Administration major 120 dinars.
  2. Humanitarian major BD 180.
  3. Information Technology 195 dinars.
