Admission Requirements

New Students (Bachelors):

To enroll in one of our programs in Delmon University for science and Technology the following must be proofed:

  1. General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE).
  2. Student to fill his/her own application/registration form.
  3. Transcript or certified copy.
  4. Two copies of CPR and Passport.
  5. Certificate of Fitness health.
  6. Certificate of good conduct and ethics.
  7. Five modern recent, colored, personal photos.
  8. Payment for application fee and student ID card.
  9. To pass the entrance exanimation set by the university.

Student from other universities:

Delmon University allows students from other universities to transfer in the case of available vacancy under the following conditions:

  1. Meet the university requirements for admission, the student's university of origin should be a recognized university by Ministry of Education at Kingdom of Bahrain, with a regular study.
  2. University will calculate the subjects computed at the student's university of origin under Delmon University Rules.
  3. Study at least 50% of the total hours of study plan at Demon University.

Graduate studies and Research Students (Master):

  1. Original and Copy of Bachelors Certificate.
  2. Three modern recent, colored, personal photos.
  3. Application/registration Fees.
  4. Approve letter from Cultural Attaché (Kuwaiti students).

Student from other universities:

Delmon University allows students from other universities to transfer under the following conditions:

  1. Meet the university requirements for admission, the student's university of origin should be a recognized university by Ministry of Education at Kingdom of Bahrain, with a regular study.
  2. University will calculated the subjects computed at the student's university of origin under Delmon University Rules.

Admission Procedures:

  1. Prospective students who are interested to be admitted in Delmon University may apply for admission to one of the available programs before the beginning of each semester.
  2. The student fills the application form and he is responsible for the integrity of the information provided.
  3. Applications shall be forwarded to admission committees at faculties for processing and qualifying applications according to seats availability that comply with the Teacher-to-Student ratio.
  4. New students must sit in the admission examinations set by the faculties according to their departments' admission policy that is approved by the university council.

*Note: in case the GCSE or the undergraduate certificate is non-Bahraini and issued in another state, the application must be presented with the equivalent certificate at the Ministry of education in Bahrain and attached the same with the original certificate after ratification by the Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affair and the embassy of Bahrain in the home country.
