  What I will study?

Study divided the AAT to 3 stages:

  1. Foundation level: Students will start to develop skills in double-entry bookkeeping and an understanding of management and administrative processes. This will include manual and computerized accounting systems and purchase, sales and general ledgers.
  2. Intermediate level: Students will undertake more complicated accounting tasks, including the preparation of final accounts for sole traders and partnership. They will also learn how to maintain cost accounting records and how to prepare reports and returns.
  3. Technician Level: Students will learn how to draft financial statements for limited companies, perform complex management accounting tasks and develop their own management skills. This level includes a choice of special units, which means that they can focus their efforts on the areas of accounting most relevant to their own, or their organizations, interests.

  Duration of your studies:

Students can complete the study in a year and a half to two years. It can also depend on the duration of the study and the pace of the student he or she can study full-time or part-time, commensurate with the lifestyle of the individual. After the completion of all stages of the student can choose one of the following options:

Option1: Students can continue their bachelor study at the British universities, where the AAT study will be equivalent three years, this will help them finish the accounting bachelor degree much earlier in just 1 year.
Option2: The students can continue the study through the professional qualifications from one of the world's leading certification in accounting such as:

  1. ACCA, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
  2. CIMA, Chartered Institute for Management Accountants.
  3. And other certificates.

The students will get an exemption when they study these professional qualifications to some subjects if they completed the AAT program.

  • Foundation Level (142 Hours) / amount: BD 600.
  • Intermediate Level  (114 Hours) / amount: BD 600
  • Technician Level  (225 Hours) / amount: BD 900.
